Our Mission. . . is to equip mothers and birthing people navigating recovery with the knowledge, tools, and community they need to flourish. We achieve this by providing education, resources, and intentional maternal events focused on movement to maximize pelvic, physical, and mental health, fostering a supportive environment where every parent can thrive.

Our Event. . . is dedicated to providing essential physical, mental, and pelvic health information, support, and resources to parents during the critical pre- and post-partum period. Too many moms and parents are suffering in silence and not educated on the resources and care available to them. We have changed that by bringing experts in pre- and post-partum care together for the community.

Our Vision. . . is a world where mothers and birthing people confidently occupy so much space that global systems are compelled to adapt, supported by a universally accessible community and armed with resources that educates and empowers them to lead this monumental shift.

Local and statewide businesses and organizations providing goods, services, and resources to support families.
Guided Movement

A professionally lead exercise to reconnect with your body through fun movement and dance.
Dad's Cave

A dedicated space for fathers, partners, and support folks to learn ways to support themselves and their partners. Facilitated by a Dad Doula.
Relaxation Room

A curated space to a moment and connect with your mind and body. With guided meditation and sound bath sessions.
Lactation Suite

Comfortable and private area for lactating or breastfeeding folks to feed, pump, or store milk. With an on-site Lactation Consultant.

Birth 2 BounceBack 2025 was our fantastic inaugural event. Made possible by all of our wonderful sponsors, vendors, and community members. Parents received resources and education to assist with personal and parental development. Kids received a fun afternoon and books to take home to assist in early literacy. For all its glory, B2B 2026 will be even better.
